Kosun Fluid new design automatic self cleaning filter vessel is designed for high flow self cleaning working conditions in food grade application. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value (0.5bar) or the time set value, the self-cleaning process will start. The whole self cleaning process consists of two steps: open the drain valve located at the bottom of vessel; the motor drives the The stainless steel brush in the filter screen rotates, so the impurities caught by the filter screen are brushed down by the stainless steel brush and discharged from the drain valve. the entire running process is controlled by PLC control box, all the parameters like pressure difference, washing time, drain time could be settled according different working condition.
