    The single seat flow control valves are used as a manual means to accurately control flow and pressure in hygienic process systems. The valves incorporate a parabolic plug profile such that the gradual linear movement provides precise control over increases or decreases in flow. The linear flow characteristic means that any adjustment to the plug position results in a proportionate increase or reduction to the flow rate (provided the pressure drop remains unchanged).
