Stainless steel magnetic dirt and dust filter

Stainless steel magnetic grate separators for dirt and dust filter housing, also known as grate magnets or hopper magnets, deliver ferrous tramp metal separation in bins, chutes, drawers, hoppers and circular enclosures. We offer various options and designs for the magnetic grate separators based on different working condition.

Magnetic filter housing are used to remove iron contaminants (such as rust, iron filings) and other fine ferromagnetic impurities, which can effectively improve the purity of products on the production line and protect key equipment from iron particles. The magnet filter adopts is made of all 304 or 316 stainless steel structure material. The core magnet is made of process-produced neodymium iron boron super permanent magnet material, with a peak surface magnetic field strength greater than 10000 Gauss. Continuous stainless steel welding is used between the magnet bar and the connecting piece. The upper cover can adopt quick-opening or sanitary clamp design.
